Design a professional email signature in three layouts and paste it into Gmail or Outlook. Runs entirely in your browser, nothing is stored.
Images must be hosted online (a public https link). Email apps don't accept uploaded images inside signatures.

Gmail: Settings (gear) → See all settings → General → Signature → Create new → paste with Ctrl/Cmd + V → Save changes at the bottom.
Outlook (web / new Outlook): Settings → Account → Signatures → New signature → paste → Save. Choose it as the default for new messages.
Outlook desktop (classic): File → Options → Mail → Signatures → New → paste into the editor → OK.
Use "Copy signature" (not the HTML code) for pasting into these editors.
